Emmaus House is a spiritual life center
which affords a reflective, prayerful environment. Emmaus House values the
dignity and worth of each person. We offer directed retreats, weekend
retreats, and days of prayer. We also provide 'Sacred Space' for those desiring
short periods of quiet during the day. |

On the road to
Emmaus, two of Jesus' followers were discussing the occurrences of their lives.
Jesus joined them, but they did not recognize Him. He helped them to see
God's presence in what seemed to be hopelessness. Then He revealed Himself
in the breaking of the bread. God is present to us, too. Emmaus
House seeks to provide a sacred space where all can experience the presence of
Jesus as He reveals Himself in the breaking of the ordinary bread of our daily
lives.
